A Kingdom formation movement for young people, men and families learning to live and lead like Jesus.
Authority House is a Kingdom-centred formation movement helping young people discover identity in Christ, supporting men to grow in sonship, manhood and fatherhood, and equipping families, churches and communities to live and lead in the way of Jesus.
Our story
Authority House began with a simple conviction: that young people carry more than they realise — and that with the right relationships, teaching and moments, they can step into who God made them to be.
We work with young people, parents, churches, schools and community organisations across Australia to build pathways for discipleship, leadership and service. Through cohorts, camps, mentoring and partnerships, we're seeing a generation grow in identity, character and courage.
We're early in the journey and growing carefully — building trust with families and partners, and making sure every young person who connects with us is known, safe and supported.
We believe faith is not only something young people hear on Sundays — it is something they learn, practise and live every day. Through Bible-based teaching, worship, mentoring, small groups, camps and practical leadership experiences, we help young people build a faith that shapes how they think, relate, serve and lead.
Our vision & mission
Vision
A generation of young people who know who they are in Christ, lead with courage and serve their communities with love.
Mission
To help young people know their identity in Christ, grow as leaders, and make a difference in their family, church, school and community — through programs, mentoring, camps and partnerships that are safe, faith-centred and relational.
What makes Authority House different
Authority House is the community-facing youth leadership and discipleship movement — programs, camps, mentoring, events, leadership pathways and partnerships with churches, schools and community organisations.
We're not a generic content platform, agency or consultancy. We exist to walk with young people, families and communities for the long haul.

Everything we do points young people to Jesus and the identity He gives.

We help young people step up and lead, not just attend.
